If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return & Refund Policy:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 31 days of receiving the product.
  • New products（Unused）can be exchanged for another product or refunded.
  • If you have not received your order within 60 days, please contact us, we will issue a full refund.

Return Conditions:

To ensure smooth processing of your return or exchange, please note the following requirements:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

Please submit return or exchange requests to customer service via service@diceofdragons.com. Your return requests will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your email.

Refund Time:

Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued within 7-15 business days to your original method of payment. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

If you have not received a refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account. Of course, you can always contact us for help.

Order Cancellation:

  • We offer a full refund if you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • We will cover return shipping fees if the received product is damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product.
  • For returns due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • For detailed information on return shipping fees, please refer to the courier company you choose.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

If you decide to return the goods, please contact our customer service at service@diceofdragons.com for the return address.

We did not provide a direct return address because we have several return warehouses. Please contact us and we will give you the correct return address. Thank you.
