What carriers do you use? For orders over US$199, we use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other express services for Fast Shipping. Orders below this amount will be shipped via Standard Shipping.

What are your shipping rates? Standard Shipping is $4.95 for orders under $50, and Free Shipping applies for orders over $50.

Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouse located in China.

When will my order be sent? Most orders are shipped within 1-4 days of receipt. Suppose some orders cannot be shipped within 4 days due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a lack of inventory or holidays. In that case, we will notify you by email.

How soon will I get my dice? Standard Shipping takes about 5-20 days to arrive(US orders take about 5-10 days). Fast Shipping, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other express services, typically takes 3-7 days for delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Can you ship to other countries as well? Yes, we ship worldwide as long as postal services are available.
