What carriers do you use? For orders over US$199, we use DHL/UPS/FEDEX or other express services. Orders below this amount will be shipped via standard air mail.

What are your shipping rates? All orders qualify for free shipping.

Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouse located in China.

When will my order be sent? Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If some orders cannot be shipped within 2 days for some reasons, such as lack of inventory or holidays, we will notify you by email.

How soon will I get my dice? For air mail packages, it takes about 10-25 days to arrive. Express packages like DHL/UPS/FEDEX usually take 5-12 days for delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Can you ship to other countries too? Yes, we ship worldwide as long as postal services are available.

Do I need to pay the tax? No, we will cover all taxes.

Return & Refund Policy:

• You can request a return or exchange within 31 days of receiving the product.
• New products（Unused）can be exchanged for another product or refunded.
• If you have not received your order within 60 days, please contact us, we will issue a full refund.

Return Conditions:
