What carriers do you use? For orders over US$199, we use DHL/UPS/FEDEX or other express services(Fast shipping). Orders below this amount will be shipped via standard airmail.

What are your shipping rates? All orders qualify for free shipping.

Where do you ship from? We ship from our warehouse located in China.

When will my order be sent? Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If some orders cannot be shipped within 2 days for some reasons, such as lack of inventory or holidays, we will notify you by email.

How soon will I get my dice? For airmail packages, it takes about 9-25 days to arrive(US orders take about 9-14 days). Express packages like DHL/UPS/FEDEX(Fast shipping) usually take 5-10 days for delivery. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Can you ship to other countries, too? Yes, we ship worldwide as long as postal services are available.
